If you were in Alan Pardew’s shoes tomorrow afternoon, who would be in your starting line-up for the game against Swansea?

Does Yanga-Mbiwa come in for the injured Coloccini or do you go with someone else? How long does Hatem Ben Arfa play for, if at all? Do we make any changes to the side that is playing so well recently? Leave a comment below and have your say!

Here’s what I’ve come up with:

Debuchy Yanga-Mbiwa S.Taylor Santon

Tiote Cabaye

Gutierrez Sissoko Gouffran

The only real decision that needs to be made is who replaces Coloccini, and there is only one real candidate. Yanga-Mbiwa is itching to get a proper taste of the Premier League and is a better option than James Perch or Mike Williamson.

For me, Ben Arfa should get a maximum of 15 minutes pitch time tomorrow, if any at all. Pardew has said he is disappointed with the winger’s physical condition since returning to training, so any significant involvement on the pitch would be an unexpected move.

The rest of the team stays as it is for me, with everyone playing well enough to hold down their place and the formation is working well too.
