If you were in Alan Pardew’s shoes tomorrow afternoon, who would you pick to take on David Moyes’ Everton at Goodison Park? Do we stay unchanged from the team that were outdone by Man City? Does James Perch continue at right-back in place of Danny Simpson? You’re the boss so leave a comment and have your say!

Here’s what I’ve come up with:

Perch – Coloccini – Williamson – Santon

Cabaye – Tiote – Gutierrez

Ben Arfa – Cisse – Ba

I’d stick with the same team that played against City last week, with James Perch continuing at right-back in place of Simpson. Danny has been solid as ever all season and hopefully this isn’t the last we have seen of him in a black and white ¬†shirt, as he is a useful and important member of the team.

Danny Guthrie would be unlucky to miss out in this team, although Gutierrez’s extra pace and creativity would get him the nod for me, ahead of the former Bolton man.

The front three picks itself and hopefully we can see a repeat of the cracking strike Hatem Ben Arfa pulled off the last time he played at Goodison. A goal for Demba Ba would be nice too, as he needs the confidence boost ahead of a summer of speculation regarding Newcastle’s Senegal striking pair.

Lol! Actually I'd pretty much go with the writer's selection. HWTL!
