If you were in Alan Pardew’s shoes tomorrow, who would be in your starting XI to take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park? Does Yohan Cabaye come back into the team after suspension? Who plays up front? Leave a comment below and have your say!

Here’s what I’ve come up with:

Debuchy Williamson Coloccini Haidara

Sissoko Tiote Cabaye Gouffran

Remy Sh.Ameobi

I’d make just two changes from the side that drew with Southampton last week, with Cabaye returning to midfield in place of Vurnon Anita. The Dutchman has been excellent in Cabaye’s absence but the added quality of the Frenchman’s passing could be key to unlocking Palace’s defence.

The other change I’d make is Massadio Haidara to come in at left-back ahead of Davide Santon. Alan Pardew has been bringing Haidara on in games lately and his added defensive ability could be needed against a physical Palace front line.

Shola Ameobi continues up front with Remy as his heavyweight approach will be useful against a stubborn and conservative home defence.
